1.Terms & Conditions
FABforall will supply the search service or future planned services required by the user ("User") subject to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use FABforall. These Terms and Conditions set forth below shall apply to the search services as well as forthcoming sercives offered by FABforall, and FABforall shall not have any other responsibility than those expressly specified herein.
2. Description of Service
FABforall provides vertical 3d printing and additive manufacturing search services as well as related services to help user find information, share content and sell products about 3d printing and related topics that are not owned or controlled by the Provider. FABforall may from time to time add new features and content to FABforall, and User shall acknowledge this agreement also covers all such new features and content.
3. Registration and Account Security
Here the commitments User makes to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:
1. You will not provide any false personal information on FABforall, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
2. In general, you will not create more than one personal or business account. Upon agreement with Provider, there may be set up additional accounts depending on specific use.
3. Provider is entitled to disable accounts that do not agree with the terms and conditions put forth in this agreement. If Provider disables your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
4. You will not use FABforall (Social) if you are under 13.
5. You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
6. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
7. You will not transfer your account (including any Page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written permission.
4. Sharing Your Content and Information
You own all of the data, content and information you post on FABforalls existing and forthcoming social and commercial services. In addition:
1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like CAD files and photos as well as objects /products, you specifically grant the following agreement that all stored or shared IP content by using Providers services remains users IP and in users responsibility.
2. Designers retain ownership of all their intellectual property rights for their products and files. Apart from a limited license to display the products and files on our website, we are not given any interest in them.
3. When you delete IP content, it is deleted definitely and does not persist in backup copies.
4. When you publish content or information using the Public setting of the forthcoming social feature, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of FABforall, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).
5. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about FABforall, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
